The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to everything downtown and just a short drive to the Charlotte airport. The beds in the rooms are firm but comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom, although small, has hot water with good pressure. The blackout curtains in the room are effective in blocking out light.
The hotel WiFi can be unreliable, with interruptions and security concerns when using it.
